President Trump called the Supreme Court's determination against his sweeping usage of tariffs "deeply disappointing" and slammed the members of the tribunal who ruled against him.

He claimed the justices opposing his position were acting because of wide partisanship, though 3 of those ruling against him were appointed by Republican presidents and 2 were Trump appointees.

"I deliberation is profoundly disappointing, and I'm ashamed of definite members of the court, perfectly ashamed for not having the courageousness to do what's correct for our country," he said.

And he said he plans to activity alternatives, which he laid retired specifically.

"Their decision's incorrect. But it doesn't matter, because we person very powerful alternatives that person been approved by this decision," he said.

He cited "the Trade Act of 1974 sections 122, 201, 301, and the Tariff Act of 1930 conception 338," which outline abstracted and much cumbersome processes for a president to enforce tariffs.

Section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974 allows the president to enforce tariffs to reside waste and acquisition deficits. But those tariffs are constricted to 15%, and only for 150 days.
