The votes are in, and the Assiniboine Park Zoo’s newest polar carnivore has officially been named “Mantayo,” the zoo said connected societal media.

A grounds mounting number of votes were formed during the polling process, which opened past week and closed Tuesday, according to the zoo’s post. Four names were connected the ballot, each of which were nods to Churchill, Man., wherever the cub was found and rescued aft his mom died.
